Dave Small is a twenty-one year veteran of the
Hobbs, NM Fire Department, retiring in
2004 as a Battalion Chief in operations.
He has worked on numerous
committees and boards within the
department and the community.
Dave was an instructor for the
department in many different areas.
In 1998 he was recognized with
several state awards for innovation in
EMS.
Since his retirement he does
extensive teaching/training of numerous
courses & seminars on management,
leadership, communications and safety
through SHARP Communications and
Consulting LLC, The RAD Group and
Compliance Services.
